We do this by conducting in person interviews with company employees to learn about your corporate operations and processes currently in place. We provide process development, documentation, and recommendations of management tools for improvements to include program management training and the development of a standard corporate vocabulary. We teach the PMI© PMBOK at elementary and expert levels. We also provide leadership coaching, reviews of corporate succession and career development plans.

Business Development Consulting

Centridian’s business development services leverage the company’s many years of experience working in technology companies focused in the biotech industry, defense industry and the Intelligence Community. Through an understanding of your business offerings and assets, we will make collaborative connections to our network that will result in new business opportunities for your company. Centridian also offers a third set of eyes to review proposals before submission. We will conduct color team reviews, technical review and editing, compliance reviews, and even graphic design.
